Q: Do I get a CD mailed to me of the product I purchased?

A: No, all of our products are digital downloads. After making payment you will receive an email with a username and password to our download area. This is where you download the item you purchased. You will need a program like Winzip that can extract the contents of zip files.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: At this time we accept PayPal only. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still make payment through them using a credit card.

Q: Can I resell your products?

A: Unless a product specifically says "includes resell rights" then no, you cannot resell the products on our website.

Q: Do you create the products sold on your website?

A: No. We are resellers. We purchase the rights to resell products made by others.

Q: Do you offer phone support?

A: No, you can contact us by way of the "Contact Us" button.

Q: Do I need any special software to use your products?

A: Some of our products use PSD files which require Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. If you do not have these you can use a free product called GIMP which can open PSD files. When a product has specific requirements it is noted as such.
